To make life a little easier on us all and to avoid embarrassment, weโ€™ve put together some guidance (as we currently understand it).

Table service only.

As before, we are happy to book you a table, the best way to do this is via the reserve page here.

From APRIL 12th customers can meet outdoors in a group of up to six people from different households, or a maximum of two households can meet to form a group of any size. This includes the sale of alcohol. Our beer gardens will open from the 12th of April and takeaway alcohol will be permitted.

From MAY 17th customers can meet indoors to a maximum of six people, or two households of any size. Groups outside of up to 30.

Your table has been allocated for a maximum of 2 hours. If you arrive late this time cannot, unfortunately, be extended. Should you be unable to make your booking, we politely request that you do let us know, as this has a detrimental effect on tables going empty in an already struggling sector.

Unless you are exempt, It is a legal requirement that a face covering must be worn before entering and at all times unless seated (this includes all aged 11 years or over). Please note this does include when you enter or leave the premises and whilst on any land owned or operated by the pub. Exemption certificates must be shown.

All guests must comply with Track and Trace requirements as before by providing contact details (mandatory) or alternatively scan the NHS QR code on your smartphone (optional)

Whilst with us, you must remain seated and please do not move any chairs or tables which have been carefully placed for your safety and to promote social distancing.

As much as we have all missed our friends and the normal way of life, please refrain from interacting or visiting other tables.

Please do not book tables under different names in order to flout the the rule of 6. this carries a large penalty and we will hunt you down ๐Ÿ™‚ ๐Ÿ˜œ

Please remember we donโ€™t make the rules and we kindly ask that you be patient with our staff who are trying their very best. We apologise if there is a wait to order or for service, but this is as new to us as it is to you. We are sure our team will have it smashed in a couple of days.
